  Nominations now open for the 2026 Heart of Grain Valley Awards

  Nominations are open January 14 - February 14 for this year's Heart of Grain Valley Awards.

  There are six categories:

  Businessperson of the Year

  Business of the Year

  Emerging Business of the Year

  Nonprofit/Community Organization of the Year

  Volunteer of the Year

  Unsung Hero

  The top three nominees in each category will be presented to a volunteer panel for voting and the winners will be announced at the Heart of Grain Valley Awards Celebration on March 27th at Valley Moments in downtown Grain Valley. The top three nominees in each category will be featured at the event and in social media posts prior to the event. 
  
  As the judging panel will include representatives from outside of our community, it is important that you provide details with the name of your nominee to support why you believe they should be honored.
